Abbotsford’s location on the banks of the famous river Tweed provides access to some world class fishing. The Tweed is famously regarded as one of the best salmon rivers in Europe but also has excellent trout and grayling fishing.
For guests wishing to enjoy a day on the river, we have two permits available for guest use. Please contact us for further information.
We can also arrange for a full days guided fishing under the expert eye of experienced local guide, Fin Wilson. Fin will provide a memorable day on the Tweed for all levels, from beginners through to more advanced anglers. All prices included a fully qualified guide, equipment, permits and collection to and from the Hope Scott Wing.
